Home-Start Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham is there to befriend families experiencing difficulties when they need us most.
There are times when we all need support but do not know where to turn. Home-Start volunteers support families with a child under the age of 5, or expecting a baby, living in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, and Hammersmith and Fulham.
